Some words about health

I've been thinking, and I'm gonna start taking better care of my health. Right now I'm doing a little like my mood tells me too, like if I'm tired one morning I wont go out for a walk or something else that I set my mind on to do. So now I HAVE DECIDED that I'm going for a walk at least once a day for an hour. Well, at least for half an hour! And I'm going to stick to what I've been trying to do for a long time; doing some exercises at home, like situps and stuff like that. That's the easiest thing to do, you don't have to go to the gym if you're lazy/tired. And I'm gonna stick to this now! And maybe I'm going to change my eating- and drinkinghabits, hehe... (a) I'm not like the healthiest person on this earth. :P A little less coca-cola and chocolate! I'm thinking about doing yoga again. I used to do yoga regularly a while ago, and my yoga instructur said that I was like made for yoga! So why not? :)
I hope that everybody's trying to be as healthy as possible, because that is important if you want a fresh and clear mind and a body that is healthy! :) ♥
